Best cupcakes in the city?
I'm planning DD's first birthday party and I thought I'd try something other than Sweet Mandy B's, simply because my friends and I ALWAYS get Sweet Mandy B's, so it might be fun to do something different.
Has anyone tried a place they love? I saw Molly's cupcakes on Clark, and it looks like they do mini-cupcakes, but I've never tried their stuff.

Not necessarily Chicago nestie opinions, but HERE IS A POST from a Chicago foodie site I frequent with their take on the best cupcakes in the city. My fellow Chitown chowhounders know their stuff!
swirlz does mini cupcakes, and they have lots of interesting flavors. you'd be able to find something that appeals to both kid and adult tastes. mmm now i'm craving a cupcake, thanks a lot! ;-)
