As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

zumba in Raleigh?
I know I don't post much but I've been thinking about trying to get into zumba and you all have been helpful with my Triangle area questions before. Does anyone go to any of the classes that aren't at gyms? I don't have a membership but have seen a lot of classes through dance studios etc. Any suggestions? I'm in the N. Raleigh area but would travel some for a great class/workout. I haven't done it before and I haven't really ever done the "group class" thing but it looks fun. I've searched for classes through zumba.com and there seem to be a bunch around, just wondered if anyone had personal experience.
