Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hooked on Books - Book Drive!!
Hey ladies,
Just wanted post quickly about the Hooked on Books drive that is kicking off next week here in KC. It's sponsored by the KC Star and the Junior Leage - we're collecting new or gently used books for ages infant through 14 years now through October 31st.
You can drop books off at any post office in the general metro area (KS & MO) at the Junior League headquarters, Teacher's Supply Closet locations or any First National Bank.
If you're a teacher - we'd love to have your school participate in our school challenge - the winning school gets a visit from Chief's player Bernard Pollard!! Feel free to contact me for more info at rubyshoes19 at yahoo dot come or you can check out the League website at www.jlkc.org.
Last year we collected more than 88K books, and this year we're hoping to collect more than 100K books - we hope that the great KC Nesties can help!
