J. Hill Picture Story Weddings
Hi Girls,
I was an August 2008 bride. I was just wondering if anyone here used Jonathan Hill of Picture Story Weddings. It has been over 2 years since our wedding and we still do not have our albums. We have tried every form of communication to get in touch with him but he hasn't responded to any. Since we hired him he has moved locations and I can't seem to find anywhere where his new studio is. I was just wondering if there are any other brides out here who are in the same situation as me and maybe we can join forces to get our albums or money back.

So sorry to hear that. I'd file a claim with the BBB and also see if you can file something in small claims court to get your money back.
