Reality Check! No cute, happy morning today!
No happily waving to the joggers, dogs and their owners walking, picking dandelions...NO WAY! Nat started the tantrum in the house, refused to walk out the door. I'd walk ahead and Jos would call me back thinking that I was going to leave them (tempting - LOL).
Nat wouldn't get in the car seat. I actually had to leave the garage with her not properly strapped in; luckily she calmed down just outside and I was able to do it right.
Ay! I think my ears are ringing...LOL!!!
Re: Reality Check! No cute, happy morning today!
Trust me....there's lots of warm fuzzies! Just have to take them with an occassional tantrum. LOL!
On another happier note, Jos is beginning to help me with cooking. She likes to pour ingredients into the mixing bowl! Now I think I can get those aprons I was eyeing a couple of years ago. LOL!!!
Oh wow, Mia!!! I AM SOOOOO HAPPY THAT I WAS NOT ALONE!!!!
Edward behaved the same way also! He refused to get dressed and refused to get into the car. Somehow though, I was able to distract him and he calmed down. I can't remember anymore what I did, but whatever it was, it worked. -- Maybe tomorrow will be a better morning.
Next time, I should take a picture of him, because it is funny sometimes.
I thought about your post yesterday when I saw Rj looking out the window watching the garbage people. I told him to wave but of course he just gave me the look like it was a crazy thing to do.
That is a precious picture...today was the day that Celeste cried as I left her in daycare. Ugh! My aching heart...we will surely get used to this eventually.
