I re-discovered my bread loaf pans, and now I must bake bread!
I need a good basic white bread recipe, and then any fun ones you really like.

My favoriate bread is banana bread. I make it with Tastefully Simple Beer Bread. It's super easy.
2 mashed banana's; 12 oz Sprite; a squirt of lemon jucie and the TS Beer Bread. Bake according to box direction. EASY!
this is our everyday bread recipe. it makes 2 loaves and you can slice them in half and freeze them if you don't go through a ton of bread.
Betty Crocker Honey Whole Wheat Bread
To me the key is using quality ingredients. we use Bob Red Mill Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour and King Arthur Organic All Purpose Flours
Freezes beautifully and makes great sandwiches and toast. Yum!
I don't have a good yeast bread recipe, but I love making this beer bread. I always liked Tastefully Simple's, but this is way cheaper and almost as easy. I use about half the butter called for though and I use bread flour, not that it should matter much.
