USPS Question (long...sorry)

Ok, so ever since we moved into this house we have gotten random junk mail for the previous owner... someone named Sara and someone names Saul... This is fine like I said it is junk we usually just through it in the recycle bin with the rest of the junk mail we get that is actually ours.  Well the other day in one of my now frequent trips to the mail box I found e medical bill address to a Colin Ware... well hmm I don't have anyone in my family that has this name... I have no idea who this person is... I am puzzled but don't really think anything of it I just put "Return to Sender" and a little note on the back that say there is no such person at this address... and then today... again I am going to the mail box a lot... those darn RSVP have got me addicted... and we get another piece of mail for a one Colin Ware this time with one of those yellow stickers for a new forwarding address... I take that sticker off and it is letter from Dysart Unified School District... now as I understand it to be able to go to certain schools in a district you have to be within a certain distance or from what I have been noticing when looking at houses online is be in certain developments. 

So I how in the heck am I getting some kids lunch pass in my mail with a forwarding address sticker to my house?  Who should I contact, the school district, the post master, the freaking mom that is using our address if I can figure out who the heck she is, the medical bill looked like it was from an immunization type place now something from the school!  I mean seriously... I have no idea.  My only worry is if contacting the post office they will hold all mail for our address including those RSVP cards that I love so very much and cant wait to see come back home.

How does this happen and with the very same last name as me???   I thought we were unlisted but maybe not ? idk but now I am a little concerned.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's possible it's a computer error at the post office.  My friend has a PO box and from time to time she'll get mail for a Jack Hanson.  Her last name is Hansen and she thinks the post office lady is just lazy.  The other day she got the guys Passport and then next day his birth certificate!  I mean, how do you screw THAT up!  I told her to just drop it back in the outgoing mail box with a line through it and let them deal with it.  If you hold onto it you could be accused of stealing mail.  It's also possible they're not stealing your address to get their kid into the school, it could just be that they live in the same area and someone at the post office is confused.

The pervious address was in Waddell so not to far from surprise, it is a small little city next to surprise but no where near my community... they have a yellow sticker on it like they filled out a "change of address form"  I would never hold onto there mail, I have been forwarding it back i just wnat to know how to make it stop... lol

I'm betting it was a computer error from the PO when they were entering this family's address.   It might have auto-pulled your address since you are also a Ware.  

If it were me, I would probably just keep RTSing them.  I wouldn't want to risk anything getting screwed up with my mail  But if it continues in to the school year, I would probably make a phone call to USPS.
