So it's been ages since I've been on here as I got a new job earlier this year and got really busy. Thought I'd come by and chat occassionally as I'm the ONLY girl in our small office and am in desperate need of some girl talk from time to time. I need a bit of estrogen in this sea of testosterone.
I see a few names / faces I recognize, not sure if any one remembers me. Since the last time I was here, I got a new job, DH graduated med school and started his residency program, we adopted a rescue dog, and we are officially TTC which may drive me insane.
What's everyone else been up to?

Re: Helllloooo!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
Yeah I noticed that, which admitedly was a factor into my return so that I could be "around" people in the same boat as me. Pregnant people seem to be popping up all around me lately, and most of them don't really understand the TTC struggle.

Hey Mrs. A or should I say NewYorkerinAZ! I hope it isn't a struggle either as we've only really been trying for 3 whole months now (off BCP since February) which I know isn't much, but I'm impatient and I just feel like it's going to take a while(due in part to past hormone issues). I've felt a bit emotional about it for the last week.
Hi!!
I was just talking with Jess (I think?) about how we hadn't "seen" ya forever! Welcome back!
Thanks b15chik. I saw that you guys are starting to TTC soon, good luck to you too.
I've only ever had rescue dogs and they really are great. That's not to say they don't come without some issues but we all have out own quirks to work on.
I technically speaking have a dog but she lives at my parents house... long story But when we got her she was a puppy and we got her off this indian reservation. Honestly now that I think back I feel very lucky that we got her because there were a ton of dogs there and I don't think the lady really cared about their emotional well being. as it was Daphanie had a skin mite thing when we first got her...
but if FI and I get a furbaby further down the road we talked about going to a shelter... all the dogs he has ever had were shelter dogs
