Cocktail Hour Realtor Party
Need your help nesties!
September 23rd...looking to do a cocktail hour for Realtors in my area (I'm a realtor as well) at a new home community of mine. With it being the 2nd day of fall..I thought it would be fitting to do a fall inspired signature drink or 2. However...I'm coming up empty handed...
Looking for something that can go decently far without costing two arms and a leg.
Any help is greatly appreciated..also..if you have any great recipes for finger foods/snacks/hors d'oeuvres they are welcome.
TIA!
Re: Cocktail Hour Realtor Party
Caramel Apple Martini
1 part apple schnapps 1 part ounce vodka 2 parts ounce apple juicePut a caramel rim around them.
Warm and Tingly Apple Cider
7 cups apple cider 1/3 cup brown sugar 4 cinnamon sticks 1 teaspoon whole allspice 1 teaspoon whole cloves 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 1/2 cups dark rum 1/2 cup butterscotch schnappsPumpkin Martini
1 part pumpkin flavored vodka 1 part Spiced rum (like Captain Morgan) 1/2 part heavy creamYou can make pitchers of these and add as much liquor as you want, depending on how "alcoholicy" you like your drinks.
I also suggest a apple crisp to serve. You could also do peanuts with fall-colored m-n-m's and set bowls around. I am a huge fan of chex party mix, pumpkin bars and caramel corn around this time of year.
For hors d'oeuvres, these have really earthy, fall flavors.
Bacon Wrapped Dates
Wild Mushroom and Thyme Bouchees
Carrot, Ginger and Honey Soup Shooters
Butternut Squash Turnovers
Gruyere Palmiers
Butternut Squash Galette
As far as drinks go, you could do a cider for relatively cheap. Here are some ideas.
Mulled Cider with Spices
Autumn Pear Chip
Brandy Alexander
