s/o suv vs. car?

As far as babies and car seats are concerned are suv's better than cars? Just curious.

Re: s/o suv vs. car?

  • I don't have babies yet but my bff does and she just traded her lincoln ls in for a aviator (lincoln's version of the explorer) She wanted a suv after Madison was born and now she said she wont go back to a car because of how much more room there is and that she does not have to bend over in the car to get Madison out. She says an suv's much easier on her back.

  • For me, the suv is easier.  I have a small suv and my husband has a car and it is just so much easier to get them in and out of the suv.
  •  I had a tahoe which was great for me and my son. My DH has a truck. Now since we are expecting another child we got a Suburban and I love it. It has so much room and holds the car seats very well. It is so easy to get my ds out of it. You also have to think about strollers and all of that. You need a big trunck.
