Hey ladies, I'm crashing your board for a min.. hope you don't mine.
DH and I are looking to move to CT. Norwalk is a good fit for us because it's 1 hr from Guilford (where I grew up and my parents still live) 1 hr from his parents in NY, and a but under an hour to where he works.
I've been looking online and have found info about a few different elementary schools, but would love to hear it straight from anyone here who knows about them.
So if you have a few mins, would you mind telling me which schools you like, and which we should stay away from (if any) and why.
Thanks!
Re: Anyone from Norwalk?
We live here but plan to move out of town before our (future) kids would have to go to school. The surrounding towns all have much better school systems.
But to answer your question, I believe Rowayton and Cranbury are the better of the elementary schools. Rowayton is a really nice beach/vacation-like area, practically a separate town, and is $$ though. You could probably found a less expensive house in a town like Westport or Wilton!
RAWR!
