Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. I cleaned my car out this weekend and realized that a green crayon "melted" into my backseat (they are cloth). It is hardened and I can't get it up. Any ideas?

Try placing a towel over it and then ironing it to melt.

Yikes.
Definitely try the paper towel/iron trick. I think you can use the same tricks you use to clean up melted candle wax.
