So now the great car hunt of 2010-2011 begins....
Oh.Baby.
I LOVE car shopping. Love it love it love it.
Re: So now the great car hunt of 2010-2011 begins....
Agreed. When we were shopping for hubby's car a few months back it was AWFUL. I am guessing due to the lack of selling and commission looming over their heads brings out the desperation.
It was GREAT buying a brand new car but the salesmen, haggling was so bad. GL!
Today we test drove two Cayennes - one black, the other white. The husband pretty much has his mind made up...but I have to wonder...if you get a car like that at almost 32....how do you do better than that? He doesn't seem to care but I think this sort of thing is important to think about.
With that being said...for an SUV...that Cayenne has some horses behind it. MEOW!!!
You just buy another one!
Lol. I don't think the question is to be "how do you better than that" as to "do you really enjoy it?"
The next years will take care of themselves as more will be available (Audi is looking pretty fierce compared to the Benz, BMW, and Lexus).
Oh, I agree about the Audi. We went to test drive an Audi S5 as well but they only had a convertible and won't be getting in any new S5s for a few months. I saw an S5 downtown a few months ago and nearly had a heart attack it was so gorgeous. Anyway, when I said to DH "How do we move up from a Cayenne?" His reply was "Easy, buy a Panamera."
But anyway, do you know what I mean, though? In high school one of my friend's parents bought her a corvette and I can remember my dad saying "If you want a badass car, I will buy you one but keep in mind, its possible you will never do better." That girl is driving a Honda right now. Nothing wrong with a Honda but after you had a corvette at 16?!?
Dude, I would LOVE a Honda, I don't care if I used to drive a...a....well, I don't know my cars at all, so fill in something neat there for me. But my dream car is some little sporty hybrid from either Honda or Toyota...I'd be totally fine if that was all I ever drove in my whole life.
Lol! I know what you are referring to. I love Audi, they are very popular in Europe and are starting to gain a bit of traction in the U.S. now. The Q7 is beautiful!
Will we get pics of your new truck?
