Help me pick a dress for a wedding!
We're going to my friend's wedding this weekend and I can't decide which dress to wear. The invitation says "black tie optional"; does that translate to "wear something nice, but don't go crazy" or "it's still a wedding, wear fancy floor-length dresses, but we won't really judge you if you don't"? 
Both of these dresses I wore last year for our friends' wedding - the shorter one to the rehearsal, and the long to the wedding itself (but DH was the best man, so I had to wear a fancier dress to match) - I promise not to take self-portraits and to not do such stupid poses!
