FU: House - vibes??
We got word back yesterday that the bank countered our offer. The house was listed at 190,000 and we offered 179,000. They countered us with 187000. While I know this would still be a great deal, we decided to counter them again today, so we sent in our offer of 184000. We should hear by Friday.
Like I said before the house has been on the market for awhile, so I think they'll move on this one. From what I understand banks almost always counter so they can show their shareholders and investors that they tried to get the highest price possible. (Makes sense to me). I don't want to get my hopes up, but I really can't help it. It's popping up in my dreams already.

By the way, the job is great. I fit right in with everyone and I'm learning FAST. It's alot to take in and a bit overwhelming, but tomorrow will be the real test of how it's all coming along. A Dr. will actually be in, so patients will be going in and out. I hope I can keep up!
