So I order Chinese food from my favorite place tonight who also does online ordering. I wasn't that hungry so all I wanted was soup and an eggroll. I look all over and don't see a minimum charge so I place the order figuring I'm good to go. I put my son to bed, see that I have missed call on my phone, but no VM and its not the number from the Chinese place so I disregard it.
An hour goes by and I call and she says there is a minimum charge, she tried calling me but I didn't pick up. She asks do I want to add to my order.
1) Why the frick didn't you leave a VM?
2) If you are going to have the online ordering system, shouldn't it say somewhere on your website that you have a minimum order?
3) WHY DIDN"T YOU LEAVE ME A VM????????
I canceled the order. Now I'm eating cup of soup and it sucks.
