My dog has no idea that it's going to be a total pup weekend for him! The rescue we got him from has an annual get-together for the people who have adopted with activities, agility course and such, so we're going to that on Sat. It's in Cleveland, so we're making it a whole weekend by going to stay w/our friends in Akron. Monty and their dog were best friends when they lived in our neighborhood.
I'm excited, it will be a great time. I hope the weather is nice b/c our friends have a pool. C'mon summer, hold out for a little while longer!
Re: Good weekend in store
That's awesome!!!! Are you going to Bow Wow Beach for the party?? (It's in Stowe, Ohio on the eastside of Cleveland.)
If you are not, make a date to go there on Sunday before you come back. it's AWESOME, and it's free. Rowan loves it. The have a massive lake and sandy beach and the dogs just run and run and run.
I'm preping caning tonight and then tomorrow AM I'm going to can sauce and salsa...hopefully!
Then on Sat night I think we are going to the BG Swamp Fest.
Sunday AM I think I'm going to go to the lourdes craft show. I've never been but I used to ALWAYS go to it when it was at Starlite Plaza. Then I think I'm watching football sans hubby with friends.
DH will study all weekend for his exam. He has like three study groups (Fri, Sat and Sun) and is only hanging Sat night with me. The rest Rowan and I are on our own. Bark Ave party is this Satuday AM. I might drop him off to play while I can.
