Windchimes should be illegal
Because while you may find that constant tinkling noise charming, neighbor, I find it is driving me absolutely bonkers.
I swear this country is the noisiest place I've ever lived.

My mom keeps giving chimes to me as a gift. It's further proof she really does hate me.
You know, a long pair of gardening shears and a silent snip snip fixes the problem. Just wait for a wind storm. That way they think it snapped in the wind and won't suspect you.
