Wedding Scrapbook, Dress, Etc...

Am I the only one who hasn't done a scrapbook? Whose keepsakes are still in random boxes? Whose dress and petticoat hasn't been even washed?

I have done NOTHING!

I am making this my official October Project: make the scrapbook, get the keepsakes together, and at least clean the dress if not preserve it.

My album is done and I've made a photo collage that's hanging in our entryway.  However, I want to make a shadow box with our invitation and a few keepsakes and that's obviously not done.  My dress is still dirty and hanging in the closet.  I keep holding out hope that I'm going to do a TTD session.

Dress has not been cleaned yet.

Album is done. Not planning on doing a scrapbook. I had always planned on putting my keepsakes in a box so I organized them and put them in a box. I did put our invitation, programs and a few pictures in a shadow box. 

I want to do something with my wedding flowers but have not touched them yet. The buds are saved, just in a box at my moms house.

I would kind of like to do a TTD session, but I can't fit in my dress anymore! I'm working on fixing that though...

I thought about doing the shadow box thing: I'd like to put my headband and the jewelry I wore in it, I just haven't done it.

I love scrapbooking, so I really have been anxious to start on it, I think it's just a matter of ordering the pictures...all of ours are digital and there are so many to go through and pick out. And I'm SO sentimental that I'm afraid I'll end up with an entirely too large scrapbook. I really want to get on that though...

My dress is at my parent's house.  I am hoping my mom can use the skirt to make a baby quilt.  Probably something I need to talk with her about again next year so we can pick out a pattern.

I've done an album, but not a scrapbook, even though I have the stuff!  That will be my next project after I finish up the 2 books I'm working on.  I'm going to keep the scrapbook pretty simple and just cut out a lot of things from my cricut to make it quick to put together.

I have done scrapbooks for my bridal showers, the RD and HM at least, so the big one is just the wedding!  I think I'm overwhelmed b/c we got so many pics from the photog and it was hard enough to narrow them down for our album.

Our album is finally done! It doesn't have keepsakes in it, but I did type up our vows and other parts of the ceremony in the album, so it feels more like a scrapbook in my mind. 

I have been meaning to frame what's left of my flowers with our invitation, but haven't gotten to it yet.

The dress? Don't get me started. But my sister has it and I hope it's cleaned. I'm not sure what she wants to do with it, b/c her daughter was already baptized and her second, and I think last, child is boy (and we aren't planning on christening / baptizing, so even if we had a girl we wouldn't use the dress for that). I wouldn't be surprised if she keeps it just in case my niece wants to wear it at her wedding.

You're not the only one! I haven't touched my dress. It needs to be cleaned badly and have some buttons sewed back on (it has pearl buttons all the way up the back andL had to rip it off of me because he couldn't get the buttons and I was having a closterphobic panic attack!). I have yet to make a scrapbook and I too would like to do a shadow box.

I am terrible with stuff like that.  Our keepsakes are all thrown in a rubbermaid box, my dress is hanging dirty, I only have the album our photographer made us, and I am awful with scrapbooks.  I am still working on one from when I studied abroad 10 years ago.  We did put our signed photomat up in our new house which is good.  I also have empty shelves in our living room waiting for some wedding pics.

My dress is still not cleaned and hanging in a closet at my mom's house. I have our wedding album but have not done the scrapbook. Don't know if it will ever get done now. I did just do a photo book on shutterfly of our honeymoon pictures. I need to buy that still, but I know have a 50% off coupon for that

Add me to the list.  A month before our 1st anniversary I finally ordered an album from the photographer, but I have no prints framed or anything.  I have a bunch of keepsakes in a box in the closet....they'll probably stay there until we move and I get sick of seeing them and toss everything.  My dress and bouquet are in the attic - the dress is still uncleaned.  I want to take the bouquet to the florist and have them make a decorative wreath (the ones they have on display are SO pretty) but I need the extra $$ first.  Ah well.

My dress is preserved. We have framed prints, we have the album, my mom did a shadow box for us. the only thing haunting me is the scrapbook that is 1/4 done. It kills me to know its sitting there with all the stuff waiting to be done. I had grand plans of doing it on maternity leave but y'all know how that went.

OK this was on my to do list while on maternity leave as well. That went out the window though. Most days I was happy if I got a shower and had dinner ready when Andrew got home from work.
