Hi ladies, I've never posted on this board (although I was on TK's Boston board often) but I'm wondering if you can help. I've been tossing around the idea of taking cooking classes since, well, I am awful at cooking. I'm not looking for a specific cuisine, just basics on how to cook edible food. Any suggestions? I'm not sure I can swing the classes this fall, although that would be great, but certainly for spring. Any help is appreciated!
Re: Cooking Classes?
Check out either the Cambridge or Boston centers for adult education. I am not sure if they have "basic" cooking classes but I have seen other classes offered in the past. Another good place to look is the CambridgeCulinary Institute.

Sorry I can't make the link clicky. I haven't figured out how to do it on my Mac.
