Remedies to prevent a cold
So I'm starting to get a bit of a sore throat at night and in the morning and I've been getting a little congested. Some girls were complaining of sore throats at work on Sunday so I know that's where I got it from. Any secrets out there to keep it from getting worse? I know I've heard drink lots of orange juice but can't remember if that's for a cold or not.

I think OJ, tea with honey, and lots of rest will make it better. Chicken soup or any soup that you like will help too. I don't know if those are old wives tales but they seem to help.
