What did you do/are you planning to do for your one year wedding anniversary? We went to Vegas to celebrate our one year anniversary and saw lots of shows we had been meaning to see!
What gifts did you (or are you planning to) exchange (if any)? We didn't really exchange gifts -- we are more about taking the trips and spending that money on activities together.
Did you save your top tier of your wedding cake and did you eat it/do you plan to eat it on your anniversary? We are the top tier! It wasn't so bad!

What did you do/are you planning to do for your one year wedding anniversary? I was OOT until 5pm the day of our 1 year. I flew into DC (b/c the flight arrived 4 hours earlier than flying into Philly) and he picked me up. We explored DC w/ his cousin, one of my BM, for a few hours and then we drove the 2 hrs home to Philly.
The following Friday we celebrated. We went to a super swanky & historic restaurant. We had a great time!
What gifts did you (or are you planning to) exchange (if any)? I bought him a new watch and more Ralph Lauren Purple cologne. He bought me a diamond necklace and a plane ticket for my BFF to come visit.
Did you save your top tier of your wedding cake and did you eat it/do you plan to eat it on your anniversary? No, we didn't save either of our cake toppers! We were supposed to get new ones from both bakers, but we our anniversary plans to be in WPB were cancelled, so clearly we couldn't pick that cake up & since I was in Cincinnati for a family emergency we weren't able to tell our baker that we were in town to pick up the cake. I made a cake instead. It was just as good. (Thank you mom for being a professional cake maker who taught me to make delicious cakes)
What did you do/are you planning to do for your one year wedding anniversary?
We orginially planned on going to Italy for our Honeymoon, but plans didn't go that way. We ended up in Costa Rica for 3 days 2 nights. So with much anticipation I am Happy to say I can't wait to get there in March/ April of 2011.

Yes we did and we plan on eating it on April 24, 2011
What did you do/are you planning to do for your one year wedding anniversary? We welcomed Bentley, our cavalier king charles, into our family. He is like our child- yes, we are now one of THOSE people. We also went out to a nice dinner.
What gifts did you (or are you planning to) exchange (if any)? B man was expensive enough, so he was it. He did get me roses and a card though too.
Did you save your top tier of your wedding cake and did you eat it/do you plan to eat it on your anniversary? Yes, we ate it and it wasnt all that bad.

We went to Naples for 3 days and stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. We were going to go on a cruise, but my hubby got a new job, so we couldn't take the time off! :
What gifts did you (or are you planning to) exchange (if any)? We didn't exchange any... we just bought a house so that was our gift to one another! lol

We were super bummed, but apparently our cake was soo good, that there was barely any left. We kind of forgot to make sure that the top tier was saved.... oh well!
