How is everyone's Saturday? Do anything fun?? I worked. blahh. I stayed late and missed the Florida/Tennessee game.
In other news, I bought a kick @ss new straightener. I did my hair yesterday and it looked soo good. I got bored tonight after work and decided to try and curl my hair with it. It was so easy and only took about 10 mins.
Aaaand that's the exciting part of my day lol. Sad.?

My day's been good. Bama won big! A group of us went to Hooters and enjoyed wings and adult beverages. Watching the Aubrun/LSU game now.
I applied for a new job today, so I'm crossing my fingers I hear something soon!

bah....i tried to reply a few mins ago...but it ate the post
i stayed in my pjs all day! brandon worked an air show in bessemer today...so he was gone from 7am to 7pm....and i stayed in the basement most of the day....trying to organize the million tupperware boxes that are down there! they contain various things from mine and brandon's pre-married lives...LOL
we are getting ready to move lots of stuff into the attic, that we still haven't used since we moved in! i think the craft room is going to happen! YES!

The craft room sounds great. Sometimes I want one b/c I think they're always so cute in houses...but then I think of how silly that is b/c I don't really get the whole 'crafting' thing. Do you have any ideas on what you want it to look like? Inspiration pics?
That sounds fun (even if it did rain). Good job on the working out! I've always wanted to like ellipticals...they're better on joints. I always give up after 5 mins and switch to the treadmill.?

Hello! I'm watching the Auburn game, and taking a minute to nest during halftime.
I had to go to Jasper today to try on my bridesmaids dress for my cousins wedding so they could pin it for alterations. Then we went and saw their "first" home. It's cute. I am in love with her new kitchen table...I am in the market for a new one so it's the first thing I check out in other people's houses lol.
Please share which straightener this is. I need a new one soooo bad.

I bought a GHD off of Amazon (that's the cheapest i could find it). I started using them in Australia. All of my friends had them. They're incredible. You can do waves, curls, straight..you name it. www.ghdhair.com is the official website.?
I've used a Chi before and I prefer the GHD hands down.?
It's one of those high ones (pub tables I think they are called) and it's round, but it has drop down sides that can make it square. Then the chairs are upholstered in a tan color. It was nice.
I really like pub tables. I thought about getting one for our place now, but there is no way it would fit. It's far too cramped in here. Maybe when we get a house one day. *sigh*?
My day hasn't been exciting either. With all the games going on we stayed home. I've been trying to study a bit. I have 3 tests and a quiz all in 3 days next week. Crazy. My professors are trying to see how much they can pile on us, apparently
DH loved the FL game of course. They showed the Tennessee fans pouring out of the stadium in the 3rd quarter. After that, they finally did get one touchdown....pretty rough home game for them.
What's with professors lately?? I had a crazy busy week with tests/quizzes last week.
I had to work and missed most of the FL game. I only got to see the last 5 mins of the 4th quarter. I guess it doesn't really matter since it was a blowout.

I had a really good day today.
I met a friend at a park and we walked 3 miles, went to Target to pick up a few things we needed, went to the gym and had a kickass workout w/ my trainer, came home and went to Jim N Nicks w/ my mom.
DH had to go to the UAB game today w/ the ROTC for Veteran's Appreciation Day. Every time UAB scored they had to do push-ups in the end zone and whatever the score was, that's how many they had to do. And judging by the final score, they did a crapload of push-ups! LOL
