Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Check out this thread from the New Jersey board. I lurk there occasionally - they mostly talk about kid-related stuff so I don't really have much to contribute, but my eyes popped out when I saw this. Apparently a few weeks ago a woman started posting there asking questions about local towns, etc. and quickly became a frequent poster. There was a thread last week asking where people were on 9/11 and she gave a really sad story about being in one of the towers and losing her boyfriend. She also said she got pregnant on her honeymoon with triplets. Turns out, it looks like it was all fabricated - including the 9/11 story. Disgusting!

Uh WOW!! Did she ever come back and respond? (I didn't make it past page 1).
I will never understand why people come on these boards and make stuff up, but usually it's like "oh my boyfriend is mean to me should I still marry him??" so who cares. This is just sad sad sad.
