I am having a Harry Potter Themed Halloween Party
for adults...I know..I'm a nerd, but all my friends love Harry Potter, and since the movie is coming out in November I thought it would be a great year for it.
So My question is...Any suggestions?
I have a few ideas I want to do for sure, but I definitely could use some help. THANKS!

Well My ideas are mostly just what to serve for food
Crudite (herbology platter)
Butter beer
Pumpkin juice
Mini meat pies
Chicken wings as bat wings
tortilla roll ups as parchment scrolls
Licorice wands
I have more ideas for sweets as well
and as far as decorations the only idea I have so far is to make a sheet look like a brick wal and put it over the door and have two signs on either end saying platform 9 and 10 . So it would look like platform 9 3/4. I was also going to get different sized empty wine bottles and label them as different potions.

You HAVE to make mini pumpkin pies/tarts and call them Treacle Tarts- they're Harry's favorite.
I love the ideas so far. You can print all the House Crests out too, and use them in your decor.
