As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hate when..
I call the Doctors office to schedule appts for the girls and they ask me their birthdays. I get all 
I get flustered and have to think about it, which is crazy.
I also hate when you have to spell out something and you say S as in ...."in..what the hell starts with S?"

that kind of makes me laugh.
i have a client that's kids have the same birthday - 2 years apart.
i wonder if it would make it easier or more confusing, to remember the year for the child when on the phone like that. at least the month/day would be easy.

That's what we say at work
I get flustered too when the customers rattle off their vin #s and you are wondering what letter is that - S or F so I have to ask them that.
