Butler County area
Just in case we are looking for a new house in the Butler County area...where do you live. Rave/rant about your neighborhood and other neighborhood so we can get to know which area to be on the look out for. Our price range $300k and under.
Also, if you could look at new houses what location would you be looking at.

My husband and I currently live in Liberty Township and are currently trying to sell our house. We both grew up in West Chester and graduated from Lakota. Love the area, has everything you would want in a suburb but still close to the city. Lots of different price ranges as well. Good luck!
Thanks. Yes we were in Liberty Twp for two weeks. DH's sister and bil lives there and it is really nice. A little bit too hilly for me...I don't mind the hills only when driving though. A little bit motion sickness. Like I said it's not a for sure thing yet, but if so I wouldn't mind living down there.
