Anyone have a housecleaner they recommend? (EV please)

We are looking to hire someone to do a "deep clean" of our house twice a year and then just a normally cleaning either once a month or every other month. Anyone have any good recommendations? I really don't want to go off craigslist or the phone book.

my aunt owns a cleaning company. they mostly only work in north scottsdale and north/central phoenix. her company is the top rated cleaning company on angies list and they do super excellent work. i called and and left a voicemail for a referral.

We use EcoMaids. They use all organic/non-toxic stuff to clean. They usually come with 3-4 people so as to finish the job faster.

Ooo we need someone too, our trouble is that they have to be comfortable with dogs, although she'll be locked in one of the spare rooms during cleaning, I don't want someone to be terrified the whole time they are cleaning because there is a dog (who will likely bark a bunch) in another room! This dog makes things SO much more difficult for me!!!
