My H and I are having a BBQ with about 75 people at our house on Saturday evening. We have the meat and some sides but I still need ideas for 2 or 3 more side dishes and a couple deserts. I don't want to spend a lot of money or time because it's just a real casual party. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ladies!
Re: BBQ help!

In the tasty, but you will have to, ya know, make it category: tortellini salad, corn salad, M&M treats

We're having Ranchero meat (mexican), hamburgers which I'm making from ground beef, hot dogs, chicken pasta salad, antipasto salad, chips and salsa, brownies and cookies.
What about baked beans? We're doing baked beans with ground turkey at our BBQ in a couple of weeks.
I like greek couscous salad--combine cooked couscous with diced cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and tomato and toss with greek salad dressing.
Lemon bars are a good alternative dessert to typical cookies and brownies.
