Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Lost contacts off my HTC Hero
All the contacts that were transfered over from my old phone are gone. The one contact that I added is still there. All of my apps are still there as well as my bookmarks. I was playing with the scenes earlier and it said something about something not working and it did a force quit. I wish I could remember what it said had stopped working but I was too mad to write it down. I still have the old phone so I can go pack to Alltel and have them re-transfer them, but does anyone know why this happened?
