...make myself exercise when I'm so exhausted it takes effort to stand? And I'm probably so exhauseted partially from being overweight! Ahh!
Re: How Do I...
I know how you feel... before i started my diet/exercise, everything took way more effort and time. Now, 20+lbs down later, I'm amazed at how much easier everything is!
You've got a built in excuse... take those dogs for a long brisk walk! They need the exercise, too! You'll kill 2 birds with one stone. It's a start!
Good luck!
That's what I do when I don't feel like doing anything else. Once you get out of the house, you end up just enjoying the walk, instead of feeling exhausted.
I also will sit and do different variations of crunches while watching a half hour tv show. When I started it was just through the commercials. It's better than nothing, and I can do it from the comfort of my family room.
I'm a breastfeeding, baby wearing, cloth diapering, co-sleeping, anti-CIO Mommy

You freakin' ROCK! How awesome is that! You make my 23 (and counting) look like a good start! :-)
Yeah, me and Annie go out at night and we've started walking for 20 minutes, and it's starting to turn into a walk/jog. I don't take the others out because they're my husband's and Annie flips out and cries if I take them out without her...and DH is usually in bed and it will wake him up.
I was proud, I wasn't feeling well last night but I still exercised! Only for 29 minutes instead of my goal of 40 (20 minutes with Annie, 20 minutes on Wii fit). But at least I did something! I enjoy it so much when I make myself do it. It's just the getting up...I'm so lazy!
