Gutzon Borglum, the guy who blew up a mountain in South Dakota to look like some presidents, was a member of the KKK. But he named his son Lincoln.
Also, he was born into polygamy. But then his father decided hey, this Mormon thing isn't all it's cut out to be, and moved from Idaho to Omaha, and on the way just up and ditched one of the wives (Borglum's biological mother) and they never spoke of her again.
