DH got a job!!!

Yayyyy!! Almost exactly 5 months ago (April 16th), his consulting contract ended, but his old army job was supposed to be available to him. Ended up the job "didn't exist" anymore, and there wasn't the budget available to re-create it. 3 other jobs opportunities came and went, all fizzling out because of budget issues.

We honestly never thought it was going to last 5 months, and I really don't know how we did it (I'm on 50% income as it is), but he got a job!!! Don't ever take something like a steady salary for granted, and when they say have the savings for "just in case" times, do it. We are very happy and relieved.

Thanks ladies!! We definitely had to get a little loan to help with the wedding (we didn't have those last few months of savings), but that's not bad in our books!
