Reasonably priced landscaper?
When we moved, we hired a landscaper to pull up ivy that was ground cover, remove some small trees and make flower beds. Turns out the ivy was hiding where old bushes were, he only cut the trees rather than removed them, and just put down mulch to make pretty beds, but didn't till them, so Noe toms of weeds and the old trees and bushes are back.
We need help but have already invested so much, we are in a bind. Any recs for someone who could help at a decent price?
