I just kind of figured out what it is today.  I'm interested in hearing more about it.

love it. i'm on nearly daily. 

i work for a public library. it's a huge help, personally, to keep track of the things i've read, and reviewed, since part of my job is blogging/reviewing materials.  and links to our catalog so it's easy to find out what have available. i'm friends with mostly coworkers- we all keep up with different things, and it's helpful in the long run to know what we're reading. 

plus i have a few friends in the mix. it's interesting to see how your reading interests and opinions match-up with people you know.

Completely agree with Nobs. I love the program.  Makes me branch out from what I usually read and try new things.  Keeps my bookshelf stocked when I was really running out of ideas.  Big fan.

I heard about it this summer and opened an account.  I use it to keep track of books that I want to read right now, but really think there's more to the site that I'm missing.   We talked about this here a few weeks ago, and decided you must need to have lots of friends on the site to get the most out of it.

I have an account and have a free hour, so I am now motivated to go do something with it.  I have zero friends though.  (does that sound pathetic??  pretty much- lol)

a site..it's sorta "social networking" but not really. you can keep track of books you read, rate them/review them and read other reviews like on amazon, and join groups related to books/authors/genres. you have a "to read" shelf so you never forget that one book you wanted to read if you dont have time to get to it for a while. i like it. it's nice.

I use it- when I think of it. I do like to see what my friends are reading and what they thought about their books.
