As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have no idea who posted this, or who the "neighbor" is... I am IN Knoxville, but unable to help. DH & I live in an apartment with a two pet limit, & we have two dogs. We would not even be allowed to let him stay with us temporarily.
:``( If only we lived in a house!!!!
The least I can do is help local people find out about him!
