voting while homeless
In discussing the foreclosure lists and voter purges, someone asked if the homeless have a right to vote. Here's a quick reference by state for the answers. It's yes and no. Yes, they all have the right to vote, but, no, they may not have the extra pieces required for voter registration (like a mailing address).
