Denver Broncos wide receiver Kenny McKinley was found dead in his home Monday, authorities said. He was 23.
Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said authorities were called to McKinley's home in Centennial and found his body. Robinson said he couldn't provide any more details because detectives were investigating and in the process of notifying relatives.
Re: Broncos WR found dead in his home.
I saw that during the MNF game. Isn't that the third player to die on their team since '07? Darrent Williams went to Oklahoma State, and that was a huge loss when he died...
That team just can't catch a break. Sigh. How sad.
Wow, he was so young and I wonder what happened. This is so sad!
They are saying suicide gun shot to the head. They did not say if a suicide note was left or not. He did leave behind a son.
He was injured last year (his rookie year) and was on the IR this year with a knee injury.

Between all the Broncos deaths, the Rockies Owner dying in April, and the Nuggets Head Coach out 1/2 of last season with throat cancer, its been tough on all the teams in Colorado.
