So excited!
When I started my job they started me out 1 level lower than the job I applied for and said that in 6 months they would have my first review and potentially promote me to the position I originally applied for. So yesterday our regional manager stopped by and we did my 6 month review. I knew I was getting the promotion because my manager told me that much already, and we had discussed a $1/hr raise at that point. My regional came in and said that because I had done so well they were giving me a $1.10/hr raise and the promotion! She also told me that she wants to see me promoted again to the level my manager is at within the next 9 months! I'm excited to know that they love what I'm doing and want to keep moving me up in the company. And the raise is a good thing too!
