Cooking Blogs?

So I've decided that I am tired of eating the same old stuff for dinner....so I would like to start cooking more and trying new recipes and stuff. Does anyone have any favorite cooking blogs that they follow? I would LOVE to take a cooking class, but it doesn't seem like there are many offered around here, so the blogs will have to do!

There's a girl on my local board that does a cute one - www.therookiechef.com - I think that's it - she hasn't updated for a while as she just had a baby this spring, but her past stuff is good and I'm hopeful she'll pick up again!

I agree smitten kitchen is great. I made her braised short ribs and monkey bread (not the same meal haha) but both were lovely.

Ditto Allison & Amanda!  I also stalk the WC board and found lots of good blogs on there.

I also really like Annie's Eats.  I made her chicken & artichokes in white wine sauce and loved it.
