Girls night in....desserts...

Hi -

I'm having 15 girls over for the girls night in and I am doing cocktails and desserts -- anyone have any cute desserts to make --

I was think one chocolate, one fruit, and then a plainish pound cakey option.

I sometimes do a mini trifle bar: Sliced up japanese cheese cake (or pound cake if your prefer), sliced bananas, custard, strawberries, mandarin orange slices (drained), whipping cream, and dark and white chocolate shavings.  I set it up and use cute little clear diposable cups to keep the mess to a minimum.  The girls love it.

And my favorite no-though dessert...  Make box brownies, turn off the oven, layer these mints on top, stick back in the oven for 5 minutes, spread with spatula.  They taste just like GS Thin Mint cookies.
