...boring?
I am in NO way saying that I miss planning, but there hasn't been much action in my life since we got back from our HM. Get up, run, work, come home, snuggle with DH, sleep, etc. No more crazy family/vendor/friend drama, no BOTB, *yawn*. That's pretty much why I haven't been posting! I sincerely doubt anyone wants to hear my mileage or what happened when I got my car inspected this year
Re: Anyone else feel...
Yep, count me in. DH just came back from a two week trip to visit his fam in Atlanta. We decided we have to do something that married couples do, because now that all the planning is over, we have nothing much going on in the evenings. We are signing up for a gym together and will also take up golf lessons

I hear ya. Work is killing me. We turned our focus on fixing up the house. It really went to pot the past year since our budget was wedding related. Now that we have some extra money again, we can start fixing it up. We had the plumber come out yesterday and it was thrilling. We had 4 things to get fixed that we were putting off.
How thrilling is that!
Yes I feel boring too!
..But I can't say that I miss any of the drama caused by the wedding either
I am still sad that the wedding is over...the other evenign my friend and I were on our walk and we walked by our reception site (hotel) and the area where we had our pics taken and I seriously almost started to cry! WTF?? When does the weddign crash end??
And it's not that I don't have a tonne of stuff to do! Work is crazy and Sept is full of bdays and back-to-school events, so I have been busy...but I miss being a 'bride.' And to top it off, I have gained like 10 pounds since our wedding...I really need to get back to the gym! Being bummed and having a freezer full of left over goodies from the dessert table don't mix!! ha ha
I have started a new home business though - I joined EveryDay Style and became a consultant, so I am hoping that this will satisfy my 'planning' withdrawl! And I am looking forward to making some cash too!!
I'm glad not to have to worry about all the planning, but sometimes I forget that it's all over. I find myself finding cute things that would be great centerpieces or decorations. My mom said she found a cute outfit that would have been perfect for the wedding. I guess the time flew by and it's just hard to believe our day is over.
I have definitely gained 10 pounds since the wedding. Went for a walk in the park with a friend on Tuesday. Definitely getting to the gym next week.
Yeahhh... DH and I have always been boring though. I don't mid it in real life, but it makes for boring times on the interweb.
On the up-side, I'm picking p a disc of pics from our photographer tomorrow (after the first got lost in the mail), So I'll have photos to post soon.
