General Contractor referral
Hey all!
DH and I are in the process of buying a bank owned house in Hollis. We need to redo the kitchen/floor plan and wanted to know if anyone knew a general contractor or had a good experience with one?
Our loan requires that they be licensed and obviously we want someone who is a good price.

Jim Jamieson did our entire house over...we added on an in-law and gutted the entire existing..... he did and does an amazing job on new and old homes...I met him while working at a real estate company. It's Danny Jamiesons dad from the real world Austin actually....he's super nice! Also my hubby is an architect so if you need plans let me know!

I am a Realtor in the Bedford area. I have a few different contractors I could refer you to. I would also highly recommend Shelby Afthim with Fairview Millwork in Amherst. She is a kitchen designer, and is extremely talented. She does a free measure and design, unlike a lot of kitchen designers, therefore would cost you the same (if not less) than going with Home Depot or Lowes direct.
