So I've been basically everywhere shopping for maternity clothes and am having NO luck! The motherhood store in Brookfield NEVER has size large... today the lady went as far as to say "you could try the medium or the xl" Um NO lady, I'm a large, the reason I'm here is because I refuse to sausage my pregnant butt into my pre-pregnancy jeans any longer and I also refuse to look like a homeless lady in giant clothes... I should add I've been to the mall and Kohl's already looking as well.
Any ideas where else to look? Any good online sites that have cheap shipping? Any ideas near the New Berlin area?
Re: maternity clothes
Yes I went to the Destination Maternity, which has pea in a pod (way out of my budget!) and motherhood. They just NEVER have any variety in sizes.
I guess I should go to the Motherhood store. I'm going to go to the JBF sale at the end of the month but I need a few things now!
Definitely, ON. They always have free shipping offers and coupons...
I ditto Old Navy and Gap online. Also check out Ann Taylor Loft online for their maternity clothes.
I would add that I never had ANY luck going to stores, everything I wore I found online.
I hated buying maternity clothes because they all seemed so expensive when you're just wearing them for a few months. I had some luck shopping at Half Price Kids Stuff in Bay View. I know it's not in your idea area, but they had quite a few things there and only accept brand name clothing. It's worth a look and it costs a lot less than new stuff and looks new.
Here's their website: http://halfpricekidstuff.com/
You could also try Target. They have a small section, but I found some really cute shirts there during my first pregnancy.
FYI-ON doesn't take the maternity clothes back at the store, you need to mail them back.
