ID Stamp?

Has anyone seen or used one of these? I'm wondering if it's worth it. I HATE shredding with a passion and I have a trash bin FULL of paper to be shredded at home that I need to do before Lucie comes. Our shredder isn't great either.

Re: ID Stamp?

  • I'd never heard of it, but it sounds like a good idea.  The only downsides I can see are simply that you'd have to go through each individual piece of mail (etc...) instead of putting a few at a time in a shredder, and you'd have to make sure you stamp everything that needs to be hidden.

  • hum..interesting. Thats a good idea. I agree..i hate to shred and honestly don't do it very often anymore b/c shredders can be so dangerous when kids are around.

Never heard of this before, but I think it's something I would consider using.

  • we actually dont shred anything but we burn it. We have a drawer full and when it gets fall we always to a huge burn pile and have people over for a bonfire. It kills 2 birds with one stone. On the joys of living int he country.

  • That's pretty neat, but I have a sick love for shredding. There is something theraputic about it for me...maybe it's the sense of accomplishment! haha
