My H just sent me this, he never sends me stuff like this so I was curious. I'm not sure if he's trying to inspire me to run or if he just thought it was a great video. Anyway, it made me a little teary. I figured some of you guys might enjoy.

Re: I cried
I cried too! I can't believe that was only a year, holy crap.
Also, I'd do him.

You told me I would cry. I knew I would cry. And I watched it anyway. And cried.
That is really inspiring. It almost makes me want to run.

I didn't cry. You are all emotional softies. : )
But it was a great inspirational video. I am so happy for the guy and he is supah cute. I can't wait to get my body back after this baby and I'll have to "favorite" this vid so if I need inspiration, it's there.
I love stuff like this!
Vicki, I am on week two of couch to 5k if you want someone to check in with as you go! I also signed up for (and paid for) a 5k at the end of November to make sure that I stick with it. Good luck Vicks!
I was pretty inspired by my sister and BFF at a 10k race they just ran about two weeks ago (and jealous that I wasn't participating then because the race shirts were CUTE! for the Aflac Iron Girl race). At the race I met the author of a book that I'm now reading called Run Like a Mother (http://www.runlikeamotherbook.com) which I think is awesomely inspirational and even a great read for both sharks and jets.
That's awesome. And he is darn cute.
I tried running for a little bit this summer. I ran a couple of miles a few times (more than ever before) but I fell off the band wagon. I should get back with it . . .
Great video! A friend of mine posted a similar one on facebook this week, love it. Had this catchy "swim, bike, run" tune to it.
Lady Friends: Go for a run! Start with a shuffle even!
That was amazing! I have always loved that song.
I did C25k and ran a 5K and it was so so so much fun. I went from barely being able to run for 15 seconds to running for 15 minutes. If I can do it anyone can. Seriously. I'll never run a marathon but that's okay with me.
I was all ready to call you a pregnant softie... but then that last "i got happy" bit made me tear. Pretty cool.
And, he's definitely cute.
