Does anyone have any suggestions for playroom organization? I don't have a ton of wall space to devote to bins and such, but I do have a small bit. I've been looking at bins and drawers from Ikea, but thought I'd ask you organized bunch of ladies...Right now, I have beach pails lining the wall sorted and filled with little people, dress up clothes, puzzles, etc. It's driving me batty!
Re: Playroom organization
Our new playroom (we recently moved) is a sunroom so we only have half walls on 3 sides & a french door that takes up 1/2 the only full wall. I have this in the middle..
with 2 of these that roll under it & hold trains, Mr. Potato & accessories, Little People & blocks
Then I have 5 rows of 3 high of these bins--these hold musical instruments, dress up, Barbies, ect.
Then I have a bookshelf on one short wall (hold puzzles, baby toys) & a futon on the other short wall--Under the futon I have 2 of these & am gonna buy 2 more so 4 will fit. These hold small figures (stuff I don't want the baby into) & Playmobil stuff now. I also have a wall hook rack to hold the dress up dresses. There is a play kitchen in there too. The entire space is like 8' x 16'--So not very spacious but it functions pretty well. I especially love the activity table!

we have this:

I have it so that its horizontal and not so tall (a tipping hazard). It also has a bracket to screw into the wall so the kids can't pull it on top of themselves. I have four canvas bins from Target (circo brand):

that fit into the spaces. Four spaces are empty for books and bigger toys.
