As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.     I totally miss running with you but I think this pregnancy has made me a bit too slow to keep up now. I do 4-1 run/walk and the running is like an 11 min mile. Maybe if you guys are on an out and back I can join you some time :) I'm so excited for your SF half, it's coming up fast!

  • Um, I'm not pregnant and that's still about where I'm running Cool Maybe next week? We start tapering this weekend!

    Congrats!  And you totally put me to shame.  I stopped running when I was pg with my daughter, and never started up again.  Embarrassed  I got winded when we walked to Starbucks over the weekend.  In my defense, it was all up hill.  heh

    Go you for still running, let alone running 8 miles!  That's awesome!
