Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I'm so sorry. I take lots of baths and try to turn off on weekends. It sucks when you bring work home with you.
  • Yoga, even with triplets in the belly. They have a breathing technique that is definitely worth looking into. When I have migraines, that's how I can calm my brain down enough to not cry like a baby until it's gone. I highly recommend. It helps you focus on breathing, rather than what's bothering you.

    So sorry that your school is sucking right now. Hopefully things will mellow out or you'll hit bed rest. (not that bed rest is a good thing, but at least you could get away for a bit.)
