Phone related question...re Internet use

What's the best phone to get for Internet use...one that will look the most like you're on a computer? I know I worded that awkwardly...but I hear that some of them don't look a thing like the Internet as I know it when you use them. I'm old school...LOL  I want something as close to my laptop as possible...looking at NV as a possibility.

what kind? a basic blackberry or a blackberry pearl? I am ignorant about phones

i know brooke has a pearl and she seems to like it...and can surf the internet easily on it....

i don't know though.... i have not yet opened my world to that... LOL

It depends on how you have your service with as to what models they carry, but any handheld PC or PDA model phone will give you the most "computer-like" qualities.

Appropriate that I am typing this on my phone! The iphone has the most computerlike screen and features, imo. There are some sites I just can't get on my BB that I will get dh's iphone for. Also, I changed a few settings on my BB pearl to show background color and layout tables so that the websites I look at appear more normal. Anyway, as I have said before, I would like a bigger screen just because I use it so much.
